**How can I cancel my Credit Builder Plus membership?**

You can cancel your Credit Builder Plus membership at any time **after the first two months of membership**. Remember, if you cancel your membership, you’ll lose access to Credit Builder Plus Loans, weekly credit monitoring, and more. If you wish to reactivate your membership, you’ll need to reapply to unlock these benefits. 

To cancel in the app, simply:

1.  Click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner
    
2.  Tap _**Settings**_
    
3.  Select _**Manage membership**_
    
4.  Tap _**Cancel my membership**_
    

You’ll review the membership benefits one last time before confirming your cancellation. If you still want to proceed, just tap _**Cancel my membership**_. OR! If you decide not to cancel, you can always click _**I changed my mind.**_

If you followed the steps above and can’t cancel your Credit Builder Plus membership, you may still be within the original two-month commitment period. If you know you’re outside this period and still having trouble, let us know through in-app chat or by phone 24/7 at 1-844-224-0087.

  

**How do I cancel my MoneyLion WOW membership?**

**What about my Managed Investing account and/or MoneyLion Spend** **account?**

Canceling your Credit Builder Plus membership will not automatically close your Managed Investing or MoneyLion Spend account. You can continue to keep those accounts and enjoy the benefits that come with them. However, once you are no longer a Credit Builder Plus member, you must resume paying the $1 administrative fee for the Managed Investing account, which is waived for Credit Builder Plus members in good standing.

If you’d rather cancel your Investing accounts, take these steps in the MoneyLion app:

1.  From the Accounts tab in the MoneyLion app (bank icon at the bottom of the screen), select **Managed Investing** or **Active Investing**.
    
2.  Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
    
3.  Under the **Investment Account - 1234** header, select **Account management**. 
    
4.  Tap **Close account**.
    
5.  Scroll to review the disclosure and tap **Complete account closure**.
    

To close your MoneyLion Spend account, contact us by phone 24/7 at 1-844-224-0087.

Keep in mind that your account balance must be $0.00 to close the account. Be sure you liquidate or transfer all of your funds before attempting to close the account.
