You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions within the law. Please review the [MoneyLion Privacy Policy](https://www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice/) for additional details surrounding your account and personal information.   
  

Please note that the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws require us to keep certain forms of data for record-keeping purposes or to complete any transactions that you began before requesting a change or deletion. In addition, you may not be allowed to review certain data for legal, security, or other reasons.  
  
Can I delete my MoneyLion account?  
  

Deleting your account is easy in the MoneyLion app —  
  

1.  Click the profile icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
    
2.  Scroll and tap Settings
    
3.  Select, Account management
    
4.  Click Delete account
    

  

Following these steps will cancel your account but will not result in the deletion of all personal information that we have collected from you. If you are a resident of California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Montana or Oregon, you may submit a request for deletion of your personal information through our [Data Rights Request Form](https://www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice/ccpa/) under applicable state privacy laws.  

  

Can I contact MoneyLion to limit the amount of my personal information that is shared?
