If your app’s acting up, don’t sweat it. These three quick troubleshooting steps will get you back on track in no time.

  

*   Check for a VPN: Make sure you’re not using a VPN on your phone. If you are, turn it off and try again.
    
*   Update the app: Go to your app store, check for a newer version, and download the update if available.
    
*   Restart the app: Hard close the app (don’t just minimize it), then reopen it and see if that solves the issue.
