MoneyLion WOW is no longer open to new signups and is transitioning to MoneyLion One. If you'd like to join, you can enroll in MoneyLion One instead - either by qualifying through eligible direct deposits or by signing up directly in the app.  How do I cancel MoneyLion WOW? MoneyLion WOW is no longer open to new signups, but current members can still manage or cancel their membership at any time. To cancel, navigate to the Profile section of the app, then select Settings -> Manage Membership -> Cancel my membership. You can also cancel your MoneyLion WOW membership by contacting our customer support team at 1-844-224-0087. When will I be billed for MoneyLion WOW? To see your next billing date, visit the Profile section of the app, then select Settings → Membership payments. What happens if my payment method is declined? If your payment method is declined, your MoneyLion WOW account will be suspended, and you will lose access to all benefits until your account is put back into good standing by making up the missed payment. You can make up the missed payment by visiting the MoneyLion WOW section of the app or going to Profile → Settings → Membership payments. Are there any additional fees for using MoneyLion WOW? No - other than the membership fees, there are no additional fees to use MoneyLion WOW. What happens to my benefits after I decide to cancel my MoneyLion WOW membership? * You will no longer have your Managed Investing admin fee waived * You will revert to a maximum of 5 Shake 'N' Bank shakes monthly * You will no longer be eligible to enter into MoneyLion WOW giveaways * You will no longer be eligible for exclusive MoneyLion WOW product & offer cash back offers * You will no longer earn Turbo Fee rebates on your Instacash® rebate transactions * You will no longer be eligible for 1% back on all Crypto purchases in the form of BitCoin  * Your Active Investing account will enter a liquidation only status, meaning you will only be allowed to sell your current holdings and withdraw any cash balances to a linked account  * You will lose access to PerkSpot deals * You will no longer be able to purchase a MoneyLion WOW Exclusive Metal Debit Card. If you currently have the Metal Debit card, your card will continue to work. If you need to replace that card due to loss, theft, or damage, you will have access to the standard MoneyLion Spend card offerings * Your credit monitoring refreshes will revert from weekly to monthly  * You will lose your MoneyLion WOW VIP badge and will no longer be eligible to earn MoneyLion WOW only achievements  How do I change my payment method for MoneyLion WOW? To change your payment method for MoneyLion WOW, go to the Profile section of the app, then select Settings → Manage my membership → Update my payment method. How do I access my Active Investing account?  To access your Active Investing account, visit the accounts section of the MoneyLion app. You can access your Active Investing account in the list of accounts on this page. What is my Managed Investing admin fee waiver benefit?  As a MoneyLion WOW member, you will have your monthly admin fee for your Managed Investing account waived, and you will not see a monthly charge for this account. Note: Your account must be in good standing when the admin fee for your account is assessed to receive this benefit. How do I earn Instacash® Turbo fee rebates? What is my MoneyLion WOW Shake 'N' Bank benefit? While all MoneyLion Spend users are eligible to earn 5 Shake 'N' Bank shakes per month on their purchases above $10, only MoneyLion WOW members are eligible for unlimited shakes per month.  What is the MoneyLion WOW exclusive black metal debit card? As a MoneyLion WOW member, you will have exclusive access to purchase a metal debit card with the MoneyLion WOW only black design for $50. How do I purchase the MoneyLion WOW exclusive black metal debit card? To purchase the black metal debit card, please visit the MoneyLion Spend section of the app and tap the banner at the top of your screen titled “Order your premium Black card.” How do I enter the weekly MoneyLion WOW giveaway? To enter the weekly giveaway, please navigate to your MoneyLion WOW membership dashboard by going to the Profile section of the app and tapping the MoneyLion WOW membership banner below your profile picture. You will then see a card with this week's giveaway. Tap on this card, and you will be directed to a link to enter this week's giveaway. What is the MoneyLion WOW weekly giveaway benefit? Each week, MoneyLion WOW members are eligible to enter a weekly giveaway! We've given our users Peloton bikes, iPhones, iPads, Nintendo Switches, televisions, and more! If I win, how do I claim my prize? If you're selected as the winner of the weekly giveaway, a representative from MoneyLion will reach out to you via email. After collecting your information, you will receive your prize in the mail or digitally via email, depending on the nature of the prize.  What is the Products and Offers cashback benefit? As a MoneyLion WOW member, you're eligible to earn exclusive cashback offers. Whether you're taking out a loan, improving your credit score, or answering surveys, only MoneyLion WOW members can earn cash back on eligible offers in MoneyLion's Product and Offers section of the app.  How do I redeem my cashback? If you complete the necessary steps to earn cash back, the cashback amount will automatically be deposited into your MoneyLion rewards account within 14 business days (although most funds typically appear within five (5) business days). You can choose to redeem these rewards in your MoneyLion Spend account or your MoneyLion Managed Investing account.  How long does it take to receive my cashback? While cashback rewards are generally paid out within five (5) business days of completing the steps for an eligible offer, it may take up to 14 business days to receive your cashback reward.  I don't see my cashback. What should I do?   If you don't see your cash back reward within 14 business days, please contact our customer service team at 1-844-224-0087 or [customercare@moneylion.com](mailto:customercare@moneylion.com), and they'll be happy to help!  How do I know if I am eligible?  To be eligible, (1) you must be an active MoneyLion WOW member at the time of transaction, travel (if applicable), and at the time of claim submission. In addition, and (2) the transaction must have been made using your MoneyLion Spend Virtual Card or MoneyLion Debit Mastercard®. If you are eligible for insurance under multiple accounts, you will only be insured under the account that provides the largest benefit for the loss that occurred.
